Rising Hope Counseling, LLC is a group practice seeking to provide individual and family therapy to clients in South Dakota that may have a barrier to access qualified clinicians.
Rising Hope Counseling, LLC will provide a unique experience that will provide support to build your goals and follow your niche. Rising Hope Counseling, LLC gravitates to investing in the clinicians by providing professional training and developmental. You will have endless potential to grow professionally and financially.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- LPC-MH Supervisee or LPC-MH, CSW or CSW-PIP, LMFT
- LISW, LMHC, tLMHC
- Must be available to hold at least 20 client sessions per week
- Current approval as an in-network provider with insurance panels a bonus!
HOURS:
Work hours and schedule may vary depending on client and Rising Hope Counseling, LLC needs. However, it is expected that you will be available to hold a minimum of 20 direct client sessions per week. Client sessions are held at Rising Hope Counseling, LLC and tele-health. Your hours are your choice; schedule hours for what works in your life!
JOB DUTIES:
- Perform clinical counseling services to clients of Rising Hope Counseling, LLC, as scheduled according with company policies.
- Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
- Be properly licensed and abide be all laws, rules, and regulations and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to services performed for Rising Hope Counseling, LLC.
- Timely complete written records for each client – keeping client records accurate and up to date.
- Complete intake evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and termination plans.
- Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the good will of Rising Hope Counseling, LLC.

Rising Hope Counseling, LLC is the fastest-growing mental health services provider in South Dakota, committed to our mission of reducing barriers and expanding access to HOPE and quality mental health services, especially in rural communities. As we aim to extend our impactful services to neighboring states, we are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our endeavors. This role is vital to maintaining internal operations and facilitating our external growth strategy.
Position Overview: Rising Hope Counseling, LLC is seeking a PART TIME or potential FULL TIME. for the candidate, as an administrative assistant. Administrative Assistant will work 35-40 for Full Time hours per week, Monday- Friday, supporting the front and back end of our organization, various duties could include scheduling client calls, billing, client support, location management, credentialing, insurance management, and ensuring our administration staff are supported.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage intake calls.
Check insurance benefits for new and established clients.
Support billing department on sending and rectifying claims.
Manage intake paperwork collection and ensure EHR files are accurate.
Assume responsibility for maintenance if applicable
Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
Attend staff meetings and training as directed by Rising Hope Counseling, LLC.
Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
Bonus to have experience with credentialing, insurance checks
Have the ability to assist clients regarding payments, billing, etc.
Other duties will be assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
